Kundalini Activation is an energy transmission from the Prana Shakti field — the subtle, living current of life-force that animates all beings. Prana Shakti is the creative intelligence of the universe itself: the movement of consciousness through the body, breath, and heart. When you come into contact with this field, your own energy recognizes it and like a tuning fork, allows your system to come into resonance with its natural state. Emotional, mental, or physical blockages begin to release. The nervous system reorganizes. What has been held or hidden starts to soften. Kundalini Activation is not about effort or control. You simply lie down, relax, and receive. Through music, sound, and subtle energetic touch, the field of Prana Shakti interacts with your body’s innate wisdom. During these sessions it's possible to experience spontaneous bodily movements, deep emotional releases, vocalizations, visualizations, deep insights, grounding, clarity, peace, bliss, pleasure, or sensations of energy flowing through the body. All experiences are individual to the receiver. Each session meets you exactly where you are and moves only as your system is ready. With continued sessions, the process becomes cumulative — gradually clearing the pathways of the body and strengthening your capacity to live in presence.
